Scope note

A long-acting glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and, at a higher dose, for chronic weight management in adults with obesity or overweight with at least one weight-related comorbidity. Administered once weekly by subcutaneous injection or once daily as an oral tablet.
